Experience & Dedication
Our company was created by owner and advisor Randy Hadden in 2016. Randy, who has been providing VoIP, technology, and energy solutions in Western New York for over 18 years, worked in the deregulated energy field a decade earlier before joining the start-up phase of Hover Networks, Western New York’s cloud-based phone service provider. While with Hover Networks, Randy trained over 300 clients, handled field service work, and contributed to their excellent customer service and sales teams.
Modern Industry Tech
HEC Solutions was created to become a Master Agent for Hover Networks and a CoreNexa UC Client service provider, while also fulfilling a role in the fast-growing energy industry.
